เข้าแอป Kulshot → เมนู เชื่อมต่อข้อมูล → กด ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ ที่ Meta โทเคนการเข้าถึงจะถูกลบทันที และ Kulshot จะอ่านข้อมูลจากบัญชีของคุณไม่ได้อีก
ไปที่ Facebook → การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → ธุรกิจที่เชื่อมต่อ (Business Integrations) → เลือก Kulshot → ลบ
ส่งอีเมลถึง [email protected] หัวข้อ "Data deletion request" จากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร Kulshot เราจะลบบัญชี ข้อมูลโฆษณาที่ดึงมาจาก Meta รูปที่อัปโหลด และภาพที่สร้าง ภายใน 30 วัน และตอบยืนยันทางอีเมลเมื่อลบเสร็จ
รายการสั่งซื้อที่กฎหมายภาษีกำหนดให้เก็บ จะเก็บไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นและไม่ใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น
You can delete the data Kulshot receives from Facebook / Meta, and your whole account, at any time.
1. Disconnect in the app. Open Kulshot → เชื่อมต่อข้อมูล (Connections) → Disconnect Meta. Your access token is deleted immediately and Kulshot can no longer read your accounts.
2. Remove the app on Facebook. Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select Kulshot → Remove.
3. Request full deletion. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your Kulshot account. We delete your account, all ad data retrieved from Meta, uploaded photos and generated images within 30 days, and confirm by email when done. Order records that tax law requires us to keep are retained only as long as required and used for nothing else.
