Kulshot เป็นบริการซอฟต์แวร์ออนไลน์ ไม่มีการจัดส่งสินค้า แพ็กเกจหรือเครดิตที่ซื้อจะเข้าบัญชี Kulshot ของคุณทันทีที่ชำระเงินสำเร็จ การชำระเงินดำเนินการโดย Stripe ราคาทั้งหมดเป็นเงินบาท

3. การยกเลิก

ยกเลิกแพ็กเกจรายเดือนได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยอีเมลถึง [email protected] จากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร เราจะยืนยันการยกเลิกเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร การยกเลิกมีผลเมื่อสิ้นรอบบิลปัจจุบัน คุณใช้งานและใช้เครดิตที่เหลือได้จนถึงวันนั้น และจะไม่ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินรอบถัดไป

4. การคืนเงิน

5. การเปลี่ยนราคา

เราอาจปรับราคาหรือจำนวนเครดิตต่อการใช้งาน โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วันก่อนมีผลกับแพ็กเกจรายเดือนของคุณ เครดิตที่ซื้อไปแล้วไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ

Packages & Refund Policy (English)

Kulshot is an online software service; nothing physical is shipped. Plans and credits are added to your Kulshot account as soon as payment (processed by Stripe) succeeds. All prices are in Thai baht.

Ad assistant — monthly plan. ฿1,000/month including 1,000 AI credits per billing cycle (1 credit = ฿1). 14-day free trial with 250 credits, no charge, and it never converts to a paid plan automatically. Renews monthly; cancel any time, no contract. Plan credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Top-ups: ฿1 per credit, minimum 500 credits (฿500), usable while the plan is active. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, never through Kulshot, and our fee is never a percentage of ad spend.

AI credit usage. Connecting Meta, syncing ad data and viewing ad-copy analysis: free. Each AI ad-copy draft (Copy Suggestion): 2 credits (about 500 drafts per month on the plan). A draft that fails on our side is not charged.

Cancellation. Email [email protected] from your account email; we confirm in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access and remaining credits until then and are not charged again.

Refunds. Used credits are non-refundable, and started billing cycles are not prorated. We refund in full for duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or payments where credits were not delivered or the service could not be used because of a fault on our side. Email [email protected] with the date, amount and account email; we reply within 7 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price or credit-usage change affects your monthly plan. Credits already purchased are unaffected.
