Kulshot (kulshot.com) offers (1) AI product-photo generation and (2) an ad-analysis assistant that reads ad data from your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts and helps you write Thai ad copy.
What we collect. Your email and basic profile (email or Google sign-in); product photos you upload and images we generate; order records (payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see card numbers); aggregate site analytics (Google Analytics); and, only if you connect it yourself via Facebook Login, Meta data.
Meta Platform Data. We request read-only permissions (ads_read, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, business_management) to read the Pages and ad accounts you manage, your campaigns, ad sets, ads, ad creative text and the Page posts used as ads, and ad performance metrics. We use this data only to show you which ad copy performs and to draft new copy for you. Kulshot never creates, edits, pauses or publishes ads or posts on your behalf. We do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising or targeting, share it with data brokers, or show one account's data to another. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used server-side only.
Processors. Selected ad text, metrics and uploaded photos are sent to the Google Gemini API to produce your output. Copy drafts currently use the free Gemini tier, so Google may use the text sent to improve its models; we send only the text and numbers you select, never account names or audiences. Other processors: Supabase and Cloudflare (storage/infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (visit and sign-up measurement for our own ads).
Retention and deletion. We keep data while your account is active. Disconnecting Meta deletes the access token immediately; synced ad data is deleted on request. Full account deletion is completed within 30 days — see Data Deletion. You can also remove Kulshot under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time (Thailand PDPA): [email protected]. We reply within 7 business days.
