By using Kulshot (kulshot.com) you agree to these terms.
Service. AI product-photo generation and an ad-analysis assistant that reads data from Meta accounts you connect, summarises results and drafts ad copy. Kulshot is read-only: it never creates, edits or publishes ads on your behalf.
Your account. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. Connect only Pages and ad accounts you manage or are authorised to use. Your use of Meta data must also comply with Meta's Terms.
Your content. Photos, text and ad data you bring remain yours; you grant us the right to process them only to provide the service to you. You may use generated images and copy commercially. You must hold the rights to what you upload.
AI output. Output may be inaccurate. Review it before use; you are responsible for your ads complying with law and Meta's Advertising Standards. We do not guarantee ad results.
Prohibited use. Unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; accessing others' accounts or data without permission; disrupting, probing or scraping the service.
Credits. Some features use credits bought via Stripe. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Termination. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost sales or profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Thai law governs. Contact: [email protected].
